Training Tips
If you're looking for tips on how to run a race, you've come to the wrong place. I do not like to run, and I especially don't like to run competitively. Unless we are running towards free food, you can count me out. That might actually be a tip. Find a good reason or a good motivator. If being healthy isn't good enough, then reward yourself when you're done.

There are a lot of different kinds of races; there are short distance races and there are long distance races. Everyone has their own preferences, and some people like to participate in both. There are even obstacle races, which can be tons of fun.
